As you know, California told residents to stop using appliances and air conditioning and stop charging their electric cars because the grid was strained. Few know that they SHUT DOWN the power in some areas of California - without warning - and then said it was a mistake! That’s OUR future!

Wind and solar are not self supporting and only deliver about 7% of our energy but it has to be subsidized.
A 747 weighs 485,000 lbs empty. 700,000 lbs full. It takes 7000 lbs of fuel to take off and reach altitude. I've heard it would take 4 million lbs of batteries to achieve take off. That's not possible.
How long does it take to charge a car?
How far can it go in a charge?
Can the charging stations be used to track movement.
Can the charging stations refuse to charge or cut off charging?
Who sets the price?
Is there market competition?
Basically I believe there are sinister motives behind the electric car propaganda. Just ties in with global warming/climate change fear mongering. And absolutely NO ONE is asking these questions or even apparently concerned at all.”
TOM V: “Remember the snowstorm that shut down the east coast? I believe it was I-95 that was clogged with vehicles for miles because no one could drive in the snow. Now, there are various reasons why they couldn't handle the snow, but that's not the point.
What if they were all electric? People abandoned their vehicles because they ran out of gas keeping the heater going. An electric vehicle uses the battery to generate heat, and without a high voltage power source, one vehicle can take 18 hours to charge.
That's one. On a two-lane road, with an average vehicle length of say, 15 feet (?), that's a little over 700 cars in one mile (5280/15*2=704). For arguments sake, we'll go 20 feet for some bumper room, and that's still 528 dead batteries.
How many diesel generators do you think that would take? How many weeks? Just for one mile of road? It's not as though they could line them up and do multiple batteries at once; the highway is gridlock. For all intents and purposes, you could possibly charge 4 vehicles at one time, but you'd have to start at the front and work your way back. If their tire composition can't handle snow on tar surely they're not going to be able to trod through the ditch to get to more at any given time, naught?
This whole electric vehicle idea is a lovely sentiment but it's not realistic. From the mining to the manufacturing to the charging, it's all a hoax. Have you ever seen the volume of a strip mine? Ever hear of "Blood Cobalt?" This entire initiative is the happy, shiny, Disney version of Grimm's Fairytales. It's all bullsh*t. It's a reason to keep private jets in the air, volatile manufacturing practices swept under the rug, and blame the average citizen for the damage.
Don't forget to buy your carbon offsets! Nothing says clean water and blue skies like a buck or two in a politicians pocket.”

Let me state the obvious: Electric cars are NOT zero-emission, not even low-emission. And, electricity and batteries have large environmental, ethical, and human rights footprints. Where and how do you think they are made?
The roll-out of electric cars will stall within a decade as demand will exceed resources. Mining lithium causes soil degradation, water shortages, biodiversity loss, damage to ecosystem functions and an 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 in global warming.

California was supposed to be the "Model" for Green Energy! They now have rolling blackouts, people are being told not use household appliances, don't drive after 4 pm, and keep the thermostat at 78 degrees! People are literally charging their electric cars using GAS GENERATORS!

To those who keep spouting electric cars are necessary due to “climate change”- I’ve been told ever since I was 10 years old that we were going to starve to death, then freeze to death, then die of acid rain, then the oceans were going to cover the cities and we were going to drown, or we were all going to vaporize in the heat or die from the smog.
They change the predictions every 10 years hoping you don't remember the last BS they spewed. I've heard a dozen predictions of the earth's demise from the left just in my lifetime. I've documented them all.
This is what I think they did. The Globalists (like Merkel) purposefully shut down nuclear & coal in their countries and set up a ridiculous dependence on Russian gas (even though Trump warned them NOT to) - then provoked Russia into war - and then shut down their fossil fuel energy sources at the same time to create a global electricity shortage (on purpose) - and now they want to use that engineered an “electricity shortage” to push through electric cars and the green new deal.
Why? Because it gives them total control over our lives and they are probably all fully invested in it! Any thinking person realizes that we've been played. AGAIN. They can use Russia as the foil!

Obama was at the White House for the unveiling of his and Michelle's NEW official portraits. While Obama was on stage gushing over Biden - the media was reporting that Obama is not happy with Biden.

Frankly, I don’t understand why Obama & Michelle were unveiling new portraits now anyway. Remember when they unveiled the first two? I personally thought these portraits were ridiculous and a way for Barry & Michelle to give the middle finger to America! Oh, and for those who say Trump stopped the Obamas from hanging his portraits in the White House - that’s a lie. Obama had no desire to meet with the Trumps to do that…
