NGO Fraud Racket

Rogan had a long conversation with Elon Musk that lasted over three hours and exposed lots of NGO fraud in our Government. I can’t listen to chit chat for three hours so I edited a transcript of the important points they made down to 10 minutes - AND there were many good points scattered throughout the interview. This is worth your time.

These are THEIR WORDS - not mine - and they are presented in no order. My comments are in [brackets.]

ELON & ROGAN: “Fake news is a real problem on both sides of the aisle. I see Democrats tweeting things that are absolutely false and then I see Republicans doing it, too. Fake stories are everywhere.

We should have a second planet to preserve civilization. It's a matter of time before we get hit by an asteroid or maybe we annihilate ourselves with nuclear war or [get hit] by super volcanoes.

They didn't shut down the Wuhan lab and they were just talking about a virus that has a 30% fatality rate that they're working on. We should stop trying to genetically engineer super viruses.

Our elected officials have very little power relative to the bureaucracy. DOGE is a threat to the bureaucracy.

It’s shocking. One person was getting $1.9 billion sent to their NGO which basically got formed about a year ago and had no prior activity - so they just set up non-governmental organizations and fund them by the government. No real oversight.

These nonprofits become very wealthy - they pay themselves enormous sums through these nonprofits. That's been going on for so long it's a gigantic scam like one of the biggest maybe the biggest scam ever. There are probably millions of NGOs.

Soros was really good at this. He figured out how to hack the system. He’s a genius at arbitrage. [Arbitrage is the practice of buying and selling an asset at different prices in different markets to make a profit.] He figured out that you could leverage a small amount of money to create a nonprofit and then lobby [pay off] politicians to send a ton of taxpayer money to that nonprofit so that he can can take a $10 million donation to a non-profit (from the Government) and leverage that into a billion dollar non-profit NGO.

{Soros isn’t spending HIS money - he’s using taxpayer money for his schemes and most of it is funneled through USAID or the CIA.]

It'll have a nice sounding name like the “Institute for Peace” or something like that. They just get grants and I think a lot of people in the government know that they are not doing good work - it's a giant grift.

55,000 Democrat NGOs were discovered that had been contributing to election campaigns and moving things around and doing pushing propaganda and they were all connected. It's a a giant propaganda machine - a giant regime change machine.

[You may think you] are funding Ebola prevention - but it turns out that actually you're funding a lab that develops new Ebola viruses. We shouldn't be sending taxpayer money to dubious enterprises overseas. We want to make friends with these people so the Chinese don't take over the Russians - but how much of that is like a good thing, how much of that is smart to do?

We're paying over a trillion dollars of interest on the national debt and we don’t have room to waste more money basically. We’re wasting so much that the country is going bankrupt and we really need to stop - unless we're sure it is a good value. The United States has been operated like a poorly-managed business with an unlimited credit line that’s off the rails. The federal government is spending someone else's money [taxpayer money] on things they know nothing about or on things they hide from us.

We found with a basic search of the Social Security database that there are 20 million dead people marked as alive - but they were still getting money. Most of the fraud is not coming from Social Security payments directly but because they are marked as alive in the Social Security database they can then get disability, unemployment, fake medical payments and other things because they're marked as alive in the Social Security database.

This exploits a fundamental weakness in the government. The various government databases don't talk to each other or they talk to each other very poorly in a very limited way. So, the way that the system gets exploited is by taking advantage of the the poor communication between the various databases in the government.

[Years ago, when I was a business consultant for a handful of firms, I taught myself how to program and create business applications so that I could try to connect the marketing departments to the IT departments and to the supply chain - the IT departments always tried to make things so complicated and convoluted that I simplified it so everyone could understand what’s going on. I’m NOT an IT person but I was frustrated by the brick walls I encountered because I didn’t know how these things operated. So I taught myself enough so that I couldn’t be conned any longer by technical jargon and nonsense.

I found exactly what Elon is saying - that each department had its own “data” and “process” and none of it was connected to the other departments and nobody in the IT department knew how to connect it because they didn’t understand what the data was used for. They weren’t business people - they were tech people.

So, I wrote one BIG application to “connect” all the key data in one big organization, and made it all work together, and saved them $5 MILLION in the first year. Trust me, the IT department was not happy that I figured it out and they couldn’t. The most disturbing I found during this period was that some companies (particularly healthcare) - did NOT want to connect systems because they LIKED the control - and the ability to scam customers this way.]

ELON: In the Treasury and the Federal Reserve, the payments computer is called PAM (payments account master database or something like that) but everyone calls it PAM. It’s responsible for almost $5 trillion payments a year, a billion dollars an hour. You could put a payment through with no payment categorization code and no description on the payment - basically untraceable blank checks.

This is the kind of thing that if it was done as a public company - the company would immediately delisted and the executive team would be thrown in prison but this is just normal at the government. Our recommendation to the Treasury and the Federal Reserve was like we need to make the the payment categorization codes mandatory, not optional, and there needs to be an explanation for what this payment is for. That change is being implemented now and probably saves us $100 BILLION a year.

There's a lot of payments where someone approved the payment but then that payment officer changed jobs or retired or died and the payments just keep going. It’s like if your gym membership's $20 billion a year and you died and they keep paying it and the gym keeps taking it even though you never show up. I did not think it would be as bad as this.

Entitlements fraud for illegal aliens is what is serving as a gigantic magnetic force to pull people in from all around the world and keep them here. If you end the illegal alien fraud then you that you turn off that magnet and they leave and they they stop coming. New York state illegal aliens can already vote in state and city elections - a lot of people don't don't know that. There’s like 600,000 illegal aliens in New York that are being paid off and are registered to vote and stay at luxury hotels.

FEMA is an agency that’s meant to support Americans in distress from natural disasters - instead they were was paying for luxury hotels for illegals in New York [so they can vote Democrat.]

What's actually happened is they're buying voters - that's really what's happening. It's like it's like a giant voter scam. They're importing voters. It is an attempt to destroy America. If you take seven swing states - often the margin of victory there is like maybe 20,000 votes. If you put 200,000 illegals in there and they have like a 80% likelihood of voting - it's only a matter of time before those swing states aren’t swing states any longer - they will be a permanent, one party, deep blue Socialist state.

That's what America will become and that was the game plan. The reason I ended up going so hardcore for Trump was because to me this was a fork in the road - if they had another four years they would put enough illegals in the swing states to make the swing states blue.

Then they would win the Senate & the House & the Presidency and would then make DC into a state, maybe Puerto Rico, get four extra Senators. Pack the Supreme Court. That is what they did to California.

It's about control. Then they probably institute some Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and some social credit score system and total censorship.

It worked in California. California became a super majority for Democrats and now look at all the companies that are leaving California. California made healthcare free for illegals and that obviously is a gigantic magnet for more illegals. But, what actually happened in California is that there are too many patients for the doctors to see so then the average citizen in California suffers as a result. The elite in California are fine because they have private doctors, but your average citizen in California is not doing fine.

Every criminal deported is a lost vote for the Democrats. They know that. California made it actually illegal to ask for ID. In California and New York you are not allowed to show your ID when you vote. [The same goes for Minnesota and many other blue states.] This is what you do if you're trying to facilitate fraud in elections. You would say you don't need ID and you can mail in your ballot and we'll give you free healthcare and a free hotel room.

People who side with this scam have been brainwashed into suicidal empathy - that means that you actually suicide yourself to help criminals. The fundamental weakness of Western Civilization is empathy gone awry - they’re being exploited and used. Hollywood is good at doing this.

There are ancient computers with software written 40 or 50 years ago for Social Security. There’s something fishy about this because they like it that way - it’s easier to hide the fraud.

If we're saying that Butler was a coordinated assassination attempt against Trump, and it very well could have been, that's what you would do. The way it played out - you got Lee Harvey Oswald all over again - it's over it's all wrapped up nice and clean. Something would have had to happen to radicalize that kid because he knew he was going to die or he'd be in prison for life, right? He might have just thought this was a game of suicide assassin.

I don't understand how he got on the roof, I just don't understand it - that doesn't make any sense. Random passers-by were pointing out that there's there's a guy on the roof with a gun. The whole thing's completely insane. This kid had five phones. How did his house get professionally scrubbed - he didn't even have any silverware in his house. What kind of psychotropic drugs can you put someone on and under the power of hypnosis and suggestion make them do anything you want. This is what the [CIA program] MK ULTRA was all about.

The shooting of the United Healthcare CEO - I frankly don’t understand that one either. The killer didn't even have a contract with them. It is crazy. Maybe we’ll learn more during the trial but none of it makes sense.

I'm overall pro-vaccine but I think should have some reasonable number of vaccines for major ailments - but we shouldn’t be jamming some little kid with 20 different things at one time.

It seems like it's there's a risk of overloading your immune system. My hope is that somehow we can stop Big Pharma from advertising all these medications on TV - which also stops their financial influence on the media.

To recap: NGOs and entitlements are being exploited by entrenched bureaucrats and disjointed IT systems to steal TRILLIONS of dollars from the taxpayers, Elon is worried about an asteroid or nuclear war or a super-volcano destroying humans on earth - not climate change, they question the stories we’ve been told about the Butler assassination attempt & the United Healthcare CEO and think the shooters may be MK Ultra, our enemies are working to weaponize bird flu in biolabs (likely in Wuhan & Ukraine) and they are pro-vaccine but want them tested and safe and want Big Pharma to stop being able to advertise on TV and basically stop their ability to control the media.

Basically - they confirmed what I’ve written for the past year.
