Patel, who President Trump hired as the Chief of Staff to the Dod, at the end of the Trump administration, said in a post on Truth Social that his name appearing in the heavily-redacted document was "politicization by DOJ at its finest."
He said the Biden administration had "intentionally jeopardized" his safety by not censoring his name. Rumors are that Trump wanted to replace Wray with Kash as FBI Director.
KASH PATEL: "Today marks another vicious attack from DOJ/FBI who intentionally jeopardized my safety by un-redacting my name in the most reviewed search warrant in the history of the United States. This cartel of corruption inside of our government is so devoid of concern about national security. The DOJ is on the line for my security with their dangerous actions.
This same FBI has been investigating death threats made against me due to baseless political overreach by government gangsters and in their greed for political vengeance, have threatened my safety again. Brown Lives Matter. These gangsters are on notice."
Kash Patel confirmed the documents targeted by the DOJ/FBI raid on Trump’s home were documents of evidence showing DOJ/FBI political corruption in the Trump-Russia probe.
Sundance explained further:
SUNDANCE: “An FBI raid cannot be predicated on a document conflict between the National Archives and a former president.
The DOJ-NSD warrant, and the subsequent raid on Mar-a-Lago could only be predicated and justified on records the U.S. government deems “classified” and material vital to national security interests. That’s the DOJ cover story to retrieve the evidence of their own wrongdoing. Hence, DOJ National Security Division involvement.”
Devin Nunes announced that the Android phone version of the Truth Social app was ready and waiting on Google’s approval AND then Google pulled the rug out.
A Google spokesperson said in a statement that Truth Social lacks the “effective” content moderation needed to meet the Google Play app store’s terms of service. Right.
GOOGLE: “On August 19 we notified Truth Social of several violations of standard policies in their current app submission and reiterated that having effective systems for moderating user-generated content is a condition of our terms of service for any app to go live on Google Play."
NUNES: “When is Truth Social going to be available on Android? Well, look, that’s up to the Google Play Store. I mean, we’re waiting on them to approve us, and I don’t know what’s taking so long.
There’s a whole host of people out there who don’t want this to succeed, including people in the Biden administration, including Big Tech. Those who make these accusations are making very serious accusations and allegations…
It’s complete bar-talk. It’s complete fake news designed to not only hurt Truth Social, but also hurt Truth Social investors.”
So, they send trolls to Truth Social to write nasty comments and incite violence and then blame Truth Social for not getting rid of them fast enough. Then they pay off the “financial” pundits to write articles bashing Truth Social as financially unsound. Another scam.
Now, you know why some saboteurs wanted me to add comments to my newsletters. So that I couldn't moderate them and it would give them an excuse to ban me!
Last week Never Trumpers in Congress sent Devin Nunes at Truth Social a letter demanding information on their content moderation and pretty much is blaming Trump’s "rhetoric" for putting targets on FBI agents.
It seems like they want Truth Social to start censoring and are pretty much saying Trump needs to shut up. Good luck with that!
Congressman James Comer, who is the Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, says that there are dozens of whistleblowers coming forward - not only from the FBI, but from the top law enforcement agencies as a whole, including Customs & Border Patrol and Homeland Security.
We are watching the implosion of the Biden administration right before our very eyes.

I follow Paul Sperry on GETTR and used to follow him on Twitter before he was banned - Trump just said “When Paul Sperry talks, I listen.” Here’s what he has said lately! Sperry tells truths that you will NOT hear anywhere else! This is long but worth your time.
PAUL SPERRY: “The FBI is now acting as both the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party and the paramilitary arm of the Democratic Party.
The FBI interfered in the 2016, 2018, 2020 elections--and now the 2022 election--against Trump/GOP & for Democrats.
For 6 years, the FBI has been falsifying evidence or suppressing exculpatory evidence to frame Trump targets; destroying evidence that would incriminate the bureau; lying to both the IG and Congress; spying based on fraudulent warrants; opening investigations based on false pretenses; criminally leaking classified intercepts to the media; spreading false propaganda; and conducting corrupt searches and seizures.
Yet no one is in jail for any of it. Not even dirty FBI lawyer Clinesmith, who confessed to forging a wiretap document.
Trump-hating Democrat Judge Reinhart, AG Garland and Director Wray are all in hot water for storming FBI agents into the home of a former president of the United States. They are well aware of this now. Therefore, what they all agreed to let the public see in this unsealed affidavit is what they think will get them out of hot water.
It's their best foot forward. What they hid behind the myriad redactions (2/3 of affidavit) is what they are worried about the public seeing -- and not just for the reasons they are claiming. Those redactions black out a lot of headaches for them. They never envisaged this affidavit seeing the light of day, just like they never foresaw the fraudulent FISA affidavits being released.”
PAUL SPERRY: “Since Trump came on the national political scene, liberals have turned into the tattle-tales, conformists and kiss-asses, cloyingly seeking a pat on the head from the secret state police and intelligence agencies. They used to be the renegades. Now they're nothing but shameless, lily-livered tools of the surveillance state. Anything to take down the MAGA Renegade.
The corruption keeps piling higher and higher with each new election cycle, while the disclosures and revelations of corruption lag behind by at least one election cycle and the accountability and justice remain non-existent, emboldening the crooks to repeat their crimes. This cannot stand.”
PAUL SPERRY: “Why would DOJ, in a June 8 letter, direct Trump's lawyer to keep the disputed records at Mar-a-Lago "preserved in that room until further notice" instead of turning them over to the National Archives? If the goal truly was to recover the records for the Archives, and not to set Trump up or entrap him in a criminal sting operation, why would DOJ not just remand the additional boxes to the custody of NARA?”
DID BIDEN DOJ/FBI SET A TRAP FOR TRUMP?
1. In a June 8 letter, DOJ ordered Trump to keep his records indefinitely "preserved in that room" at Mar-a-Lago, even though it claimed "Mar-a-Lago does not include a secure location authorized for the storage of classified information," which might make those records potentially unsafe
2. Then on Aug 5, the FBI told the magistrate judge, as part of its evidence of alleged criminal activity by Trump, that "There is probable cause to believe that documents containing classified NDI and presidential records remain at the premises"--even though just 2 months earlier DOJ had told Trump to keep such records "preserved in that room." (Of course they remained there!)
Why did the FBI try to criminalize what DOJ ordered Trump to do?”
PAUL SPERRY: “Graham, Jordan, Chaffetz, Gowdy, Meadows all talked a good game about "oversight" and "accountability" in the Obama FBI-HIllary Russiagate conspiracy. But they were all talk. The only one who ever drew blood was Devin Nunes. Nunes issued subpoenas that forced out the truth about Hillary funding the dossier and the phony FISAs.”
PAUL SPERRY: “The unsealed FBI affidavit contains several oddities:
1. No where does it flat-out say "classified information" was found in Trump's 15 boxes. On page 2, it refers only to docs "with classification markings," which raises the specter they were no longer classified
2. It states the docs "appear" to contain National Defense Information. But agents "triaged" the boxes; they would know if they contain NDI or not
3. The affiant claimed "there is probable cause to believe evidence of obstruction will be found at the premises," yet there's no "obstruction" header or section spelling out why he believes this
4. He said he doesn't believe "any spaces" w/in Mar-a-Lago are "currently" authorized for storage of classified info. So they were, but not "currently"?”
PAUL SPERRY: “It remains unclear where the federal grand jury is impaneled -- D.C. District or Southern District of Florida? Also confusion over where scene of alleged "crime" is -- did alleged "crime" occur in the White House, where documents were removed, or Mar-a-Lago, where docs were stored? If the former, Biden prosecutors could easily get a DC grand jury to indict Trump, but less likely in South Florida.”
PAUL SPERRY: “Even though the unique classified material was improperly stored and transmitted by Hillary Clinton on an unsecured device, allowing “foreign actors” to gain access to unknowable quantities of classified material, the FBI did not refer the matter to U.S. intelligence agencies to determine if national security had been compromised, as required under a federally mandated “damage assessment” directive.
The newly discovered classified material “was never previously sent out to the relevant original classification authorities for security review.”
Paul Sperry then published a string of posts today on GETTR pertaining to Peter Strzok and the Electronic Communication (EC) to formally open the investigation into President Trump and Russia — something the entire FBI knew was complete garbage at the time they opened their investigation.
According to Sperry, the highly classified document dated in early May 2017 was written by Peter Strzok at the direction of Andrew McCabe.
These people are criminals.
PAUL SPERRY: “Sources tell me there is an EC — Electronic Communication — formally opening a counterintelligence case against Trump when he was POTUS. It targets Trump personally, not his advisers or campaign. I’m told Strzok wrote it at the direction of McCabe. It’s dated early May 2017. The document is highly classified and McCabe ordered no circulation via FBI email. But there is no reason it shouldn’t be in Durham’s final report, shouldn’t be disclosed in full, now that the whole world knows the Russiagate probe was a hoax.”
PAUL SPERRY: “The very fact Peter Strzok is sitting in on CNN “national security” roundtable discussions regarding Trump and the FBI raid/investigation and smugly popping off with his trademark sneer strongly suggests he’s in no legal jeopardy, has not received a target letter from Durham. There is no way his lawyers would allow him to talk about the FBI and Trump if he were in any danger of being indicted.”
The DOJ-FBI insisted they did not want the full text of the affidavit released to help Trump — NOT to cover their asses.
PAUL SPERRY: “DOJ argued releasing additional information from the affidavit could “harm” the “reputational interests” of certain individuals such as witnesses named in the document. But was it really worried about their reputations? Or was the real concern harming the reputations of DOJ and FBI officials if the evidence supporting probable cause was exposed as tenuous at best?”
PAUL SPERRY: “HOWLER ALERT: DOJ argued to the court in Florida that it had to over-redact its raid affidavit in part to help the Secret Service protect Trump at Mar-a-Lago: “[D]isclosure of certain information pertaining to physical aspects of the premises would negatively affect the Secret Service’s ability to carry out its protective functions.” Yeah, right. They care so much about Trump’s safety!”
PAUL SPERRY: “Zuckerberg said that in suppressing stories about Hunter's laptop and COVID, Facebook didn't decide "what's true or not" on their own but responsibly relied on "fact checkers." What a howler. You mean, the "fact checkers" who are virtually all liberal Democrats and just as biased as the MSM? Those "fact checkers"? Gimme a break!”
PAUL SPERRY: “Internal FBI communications reveal that fired FBI counterintelligence chief Peter Strzok was so willing and eager to jump on any rumor tying Trump to Russia, no matter how unsubstantiated, that he even circulated inside the Counterintelligence Division at FBI HQ an unfounded 2017 tip from CBS News that falsely claimed Paul Manafort was "recruited and paid" by Russian Intelligence Services to "infiltrate" the Trump campaign.”
PAUL SPERRY: “The DOJ admitted to Florida judge it's found attorney-client privileged material in the 27 boxes and containers it seized from Trump's home, confirming along with Trump passports improperly seized that FBI agents over-collected materials outside the scope of investigation and also suggesting the search warrant was overly broad.”
PAUL SPERRY: “The FBI affiant who swore to the Mar-a-Lago search warrant appears to have made a critical factual error by stating in the unsealed affidavit: "I do not believe that any spaces within the PREMISES have been authorized for the storage of classified information." This finding, which is the linchpin of the criminal case vs. Trump, overlooks the fact that:
1) White House records confirm that a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) authorizing the briefing and storage of classified material up to the TS/SCI level had in fact been installed at Mar-a-Lago; and,
2) records show that the Secret Service had recently awarded a nearly $600,000 contract to upgrade physical security within the premises at Mar-a-Lago for Trump's post-presidency transition.
PAUL SPERRY: “No, the National Archives isn't run by a bunch of "bureaucrats," as the media are reporting. NARA is run by Obama and Biden political appointees, and they are rabidly anti-Trump and big-time Democrat donors, FEC records show. THEY HAVE A POLITICAL AGENDA, just as much as the Trump-haters at the Hoover Building, Washington Field Office and Main Justice. They are all working in perfect harmony.”
PAUL SPERRY: “Forgive President Trump for not trusting the FBI after they:
--spied on him in Aug 2016 under guise of giving him an "intelligence briefing"
-- schemed in internal texts at time to "stop" him & devised an "insurance policy" if they couldn't
-- used multiple Hillary oppo research reports as predication to open 1 investigation & to back 4 FISA warrants
-- spied on him again in Jan 2017 under the guise of giving another briefing
-- illegally spied on his campaign adviser (& effectively Trump's campaign/transition/early presidency) for an entire year in 2016-2017
-- falsified evidence tied to FISA warrant to continue to spy on the adviser
-- planted an FBI agent inside WH to spy on Trump
-- secretly discussed wiring up DOJ official to spy on Trump in Oval Office.”
PAUL SPERRY: “Correspondence archived on NARA's website reveals Biden's top White House lawyer began reviewing documents from boxes collected from Mar-a-Lago and coordinating with Obama-Biden political appointees at the National Archives as early as February to target Trump documents for use in both Justice Department/FBI and Jan. 6 Committee investigations of Trump.
The correspondence also reveals Biden counsel Dana Remus instructed NARA archivists to share with investigators the documents collected from Trump and ignore any of his claims of executive privilege.”
PAUL SPERRY: “Federal campaign records reveal the wife of the the former National Archives chief David Ferriero who privately huddled with Biden's top White House lawyer over the first batch of documents retrieved from Mar-a-Lago is a Democrat activist who's given political donations to the BIDEN FOR PRESIDENT campaign, NANCY PELOSI FOR CONGRESS campaign and the STOP REPUBLICANS PAC.”
PRESIDENT TRUMP: I’m a big fan of Lee Smith (the BIGGEST!), and agree with him. I would like to add that I also believe they were looking for, and thought I had, some or all of the Crooked Hillary Clinton 33,000 emails that were deleted, acid washed, and phones hammered AFTER the receipt of a full Congressional SUBPOENA. Additionally, they perhaps wanted any information on the Non-Collusion Mueller, Mueller, Mueller Report.

This Fake statement alone changed the outcome of the Election by millions of votes, and it was by no means the only corruption which took place. The Agent In Charge of the FBI investigation got his information from CBS Fake News, which turned out to be, as usual, WRONG. Nobody said that to “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” was going to be easy!”
