Here’s the latest news on pending election lawsuits.
First, Arizona. There are approximately 500,000 illegitimate ballots they have identified so far. A judge JUST ordered Kari Lake’s lawsuit expedited and called a RETURN HEARING for TODAY at 11am MST. See more below.
Kari Lake has whistleblowers in her lawsuit who were part of the verification process, and they say there are about 300,000 votes with no chain of custody that were run through the system, as well as more than 130,000 votes that have terrible voter verification and fake signatures.
That's 430,000 questionable votes in an election decided by 17,000 votes.
"We believe there were hundreds of thousands of illegal votes counted and we believe our lawsuit proves it."
Now let’s just hope she gets her fair shot in court!

This is how Maricopa County figured out which printers and tabulators to dismantle on election day to turn away Republican voters. NOT KIDDING.
While inside the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) soon after the recent Arizona midterm election, Richard Baris photographed a 'heat map' entitled "General Election 2020 In-Person Republican Vote Dot Density, Election Day and Early Vote Sites | Metropolitan Maricopa, Arizona."
He noted the map was located “about 100 ft from where all the BOD [Ballot On Demand] printers and tabulators are stored.”
Arizona Superior Court Maricopa County Judge Peter A. Thompson ordered all parties to appear for a RETURN HEARING on Kari Lake's election lawsuit today at 11am MST.

BTW - I just got kicked out of the Maricopa County hearing. Can’t access. What a scam! The phone number doesn’t work and the website doesn’t work!
The good news is that Kari Lake and her attorneys can’t get in to their own hearing either!

Judge sets evidentiary hearing in Lake V. Hobbs for December 21 and 22 - right before Christmas - if he does NOT grant the motion to dismiss that will be filed by Hobbs attorneys. There is a hearing on Monday for that motion.
I don't see Judge Peter Thompson granting a motion to dismiss. 1900 pages. Way too much evidence to ignore. Claiming that all these Arizona Republicans crossed the aisle to vote for a Communist is really pushing it. We shall see.
CHRISTINA BOBB: The Kari Lake court schedule is: Motions to dismiss must be filed by Thursday. Lake’s response is due Saturday. Replies due Sunday. Oral argument on 12/19. Trial set for 12/21 and 12/22.

There are also two lawsuits pending at the US Supreme Court:
This case, Brunson vs Adams, accuses the courts AND Congress of violating their oath of office by refusing to hear evidence of election fraud - their duty is to protect and defend America from all enemies FOREIGN and DOMESTIC.
I like the fact there's a lawsuit before the Supreme Court that accuses elected leaders and courts of negligence if they refuse to look at evidence of election interference. Why? Because they took an oath to protect America from enemies, foreign & domestic. Very compelling.
This case, Moore vs Harper, asks the Supreme Court to rule on whether the Constitution specifically gives State Legislatures the power to control their own elections - or whether State Courts and State election officials can change the rules to rig elections for themselves. This is a big deal.
They probably won’t rule until June 2023 - but if they rule in favor of the State Legislatures that means that President Trump was right and Pence should have returned the decision back to the States on January 6th as they requested!
The US Supreme Court’s December argument session will feature this case involving the constitutional power of state legislatures to set rules for federal elections. ELECTION INTEGRITY IS ON THE DOCKET.
SCOTUS BLOG: "The justices will hear oral argument in Moore v. Harper, a dispute arising from the North Carolina legislature’s efforts to draw a new congressional map in response to the 2020 census.
The Republican legislators defending the plan argue that a ruling by the North Carolina Supreme Court invalidating the legislature’s map and ordering the state to draw a new one violates the “independent state legislature” theory – the idea that, under the Constitution, only the STATE legislature has the power to regulate federal elections, without interference from state courts."
This should be GOOD and hopefully acknowledge that State legislatures are the ONLY body with the Constitutional authority to change election laws! No court, party or election judge can do that!
Every swing state violated the Constitution and illegally changed election procedures in 2020 without approval from State legislatures! A positive SCOTUS ruling could potentially set a precedent to overturn that egregious outcome!
It is almost impossible to find unbiased news on this historic case. The left keeps calling it a “fringe” theory. NOPE. It’s right there in the Constitution! The State Legislatures decide the times, places and manner of holding elections and ONLY Congress can make a law to alter those regulations.
