Will they appoint a Special Master to review President Trump's documents? Will they indict & arrest President Trump?
The DOJ allegedly released staged photos to the media of the “top secret” documents they seized from Trump’s home:
SEAN DAVIS: "Trump’s presidential records were so sensitive and in need of protection that FBI agents seized them from storage, dumped them all over the floor, and took pictures of them so people could post pics of them on Twitter."
PRESIDENT TRUMP: “There seems to be confusion as to the “picture” where documents were sloppily thrown on the floor and then released photographically for the world to see, as if that’s what the FBI found when they broke into my home.
Wrong! They took them out of cartons and spread them around on the carpet, making it look like a big “find” for them. They dropped them, not me - Very deceiving. And remember, we could have NO representative, including lawyers, present during the Raid. They were told to wait outside.”
PRESIDENT TRUMP: "They took documents and they put 'em all over the floor. And then they deceptively put out that picture. And a lot of people think that when you walk into my office I have confidential documents or whatever it may be - all declassified - but I had confidential documents spread out all over my floor like a slob.... it's so dishonest.... they put ‘em there in a messy fashion, and then they took a picture, and they released it to the public."
MIKE DAVIS: “This a charade - it’s because Trump has the “Crossfire Hurricane” records (the phony Russia Russia investigation) that he declassified and he took a personal copy - it’s terrifying to Obama, Biden, Hillary, James Clapper, Susan Rice, the FBI, the Intelligence community and the Deep State - they know Crossfire Hurricane records are damning to them - that’s what this raid was all about.”
KASH PATEL: "It was STAGED. These are NOT classified documents. They are trying this case in the court of public opinion because they don't want Trump to run in 2024. This raid is continuing to BACKFIRE. They’re worried about a Special Master coming in. Let them continue to keep making mistakes. Start fighting these in the court of law. Their own documents will EXPOSE their corruption."
TIERNEY: “I personally think President Trump wants to be indicted and arrested so he can reveal these documents to the world in court. I think President Trump leaked that the “copies” were in his safe to set up the FBI. Controversy sells. Let’s see what the DOJ does.”
According to RINO Andrew McCarthy - a former prosecutor who hates Trump and used to work for Giuliani - he says the DOJ WILL indict President Trump on obstruction of justice. They always go with “obstruction” when they have nothing else:

Margot Cleveland of the Federalist agrees with me that they twisted the law when “mishandling of classified materials” wouldn’t work to justify the raid - and went with obstruction:
“It appears the government sought to recover from Trump hard copies of information it already had within its possession, either through various agencies or the electronic copies maintained by the relevant authorities.
What we are seeing is a bending and twisting of the law to find a crime on which to launch the Mar-a-Lago raid. Mishandling of classified materials wouldn’t work, and Trump’s attorney made sure the DOJ knew that, so the creative team working under Attorney General Merrick Garland combed the federal code and found two plausible statutes on which to rely, adding a claim of obstruction of justice to round out the search warrant affidavit.”
Paul Sperry reported, and President Trump reTruthed, that the DOJ is trying to prevent Trump from getting a Special Master to review these documents and that Obama, Jake Sullivan and AG Garland are particularly worried about copies of documents that Trump may have kept related to their Iran deal! The plot thickens….
