Masterclass in debating

JD Vance rocked the VP debate! It was a debating masterclass and he looks to be an excellent VP choice by President Trump. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Here’s what a few pundits thought and the results of the early largest polls (before they were manipulated by the fake news.)

If you haven’t seen the debate yet - it’s worth watching yourself. AMAZING.

ELON MUSK: Trump/Vance MUST win. I can’t handle 4 years of seeing and hearing Kamala/Walz. That would be cruel and unusual punishment!

PIERS MORGAN: Just watched the VP debate. JD Vance won easily with a very confident & impressive performance. Walz was awful - a weak, nervy, self-admitted knucklehead. Looks to me like Trump made a much better VP pick.

JD VANCE: Last night was fun! Remember: Kamala Harris has been in power for the last 3.5 years. She opened the border. She cast the deciding vote on trillions in new spending. The border and affordability crisis is on her. Donald Trump, by contrast, governed with common sense.

Even the New York Times admitted that Vance won.

VIVEK: Trump picked a VP who has independent thoughts & can hold his own under fire. Kamala *could have* picked any one of a number of capable Democrats as VP but refused to do so, likely due to her insecurity. And the machine went along with it because they’d rather have a VP they can control anyway.

GERALDO RIVERA: JD Vance won the debate.

LEAVITT: The moderators were getting triggered by Senator Vance speaking the truth so powerfully and so eloquently. Not only effectively tackling Governor Walz on that stage for his lies but pushing back against the mainstream media's lies.

JAMES WOODS: Calm, cool, collected, Senator JD Vance demonstrates the power of blazing intelligence as a leader. He will be a valuable Vice President and then succeed President Trump in the White House in 2028 and 2032. America will be better for it.

NBC: Does Tim Walz have a problem with the truth?

GENERAL FLYNN: Walz thought he was ready for JD Vance—he was wrong. What started as a debate quickly turned into a one-sided beatdown. Vance dominated the debate and ended it by delivering a stunning critique of Kamala Harris.

JD VANCE: I’m really proud to have the endorsement of Bobby Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard.

TIM WALZ: I’m proud to have the endorsement of Dick Cheney & Taylor Swift!

CNN’s Jennings: It's pretty clear Vance outclassed Walz tonight. I was watching this and all I could think of was - can you imagine this guy sitting in the White House Situation Room with that facial expression that's like 50% sheer terror and 50% extreme bafflement.

A friend said Walz looked like a ferret on Adderall.

CNN's John King: Vance carried the important issues.

LEWANDOWSKI: Every poll indicates this: JD Vance won last night. His command of the issues was impressive. And it's because JD Vance takes the tough questions from the members of the media.

MEGYN KELLY: JD Vance put on a masterclass in how to handle biased moderators, and a lying opponent. Listening to a guy go out there and know how to raise the right points, to not take the moderators' bullshit - it was really cleansing.

CHRIS CUOMO: JD Vance fact-checked the moderators and he was right.

HAMMER: JD Vance delivered the single most dominant debate performance of my adult lifetime. And he did it despite the CBS News moderators' best efforts.

MARK LEVIN: JD Vance clobbered Tampon Tim. The media have spent the entire campaign smearing JD. He proved them and Walz fools. The media suck. The moderators are dimwitted and obnoxious.

93.51% of polls on social media show Vance won the VP debate.

INGRAHAM: CBS Margaret Brennan was so desperate to stop Vance from describing the CBP app that Biden-Harris uses to fast-track migrants into America.

TUCKER: Vance did not allow the contemptible behavior of the moderators to infuriate him. He just kept going. I thought this was one of the coolest moments I’ve ever seen.

CNN's Jake Tapper: JD Vance is a better debater.

VDH: JD Vance easily won the debate on demeanor, facts, and analysis. The moderators, Nora O’Donnell and Margaret Brennan, ganged up on Vance - now proving the wisdom of Donald Trump’s refusal to do any more network debates other than on Fox. The slow hemorrhaging of Harris-Walz will likely still continue in the last month of the election.

BEN CARSON: One thing is clear tonight, the future of our party is VERY bright. JD Vance just put on a clinic. The world and our country are in chaos because we are leaderless. Donald Trump and JD Vance would fix that fundamental problem day one.

BAYA: JD Vance’s ability to engage with tough questions definitely sets him apart. It's crucial for leaders to face the media and show their command of the issues.

DON JR: I thought it was a masterclass. It was just an incredible performance, just real command of the facts. Didn't let sort of the fake fact check to try to steamroll him. He came back with actual facts. I think he literally won every issue across the board.

POLITICO: It was a very Midwestern debate. And Vance won.

ABC’s Jon Karl: Walz did seem unsteady and somebody who has not faced questions on a national stage.

MITCHELL: Vance was polished, believable, composed, unflappable, compassionate, and quite likable! Waltz wasn’t terrible, but he was clearly outclassed. Vance was excellent and I believe his stock in Trump's eyes just went up significantly. Best hire Trump ever made.

BENZ: I’m not really into true crime so I’m gonna stop watching this murder of Walz happening in real time.

MILLER: JD Vance absolutely demolished Walz. Absolutely demolished him. Most one-sided VP debate in history. A total steamrolling pulverizing obliterating performance.

CARANO: I didn’t know who JD Vance was before his name was brought up to be the running mate with Donald Trump but I sure do know his name now. Great debater, incredibly composed and well spoken. Classy, strong, precise - someone we can all be proud to call Mr. Vice President.

INGRAHAM: Trump should get a lot of credit — not only for picking Vance, but for letting Vance do all those interviews.

Team Kennedy let Trump know that many of their woke liberal friends were impressed with Vance, too!

SCOTT ADAMS: Vance won. Wasn’t close.

CHARLIE KIRK: Trump took a ton of heat for trusting his gut and selecting JD Vance as his VP. A massive lobbying effort happened behind the scenes to block JD. Trump persisted. Once again, Trump is vindicated. Trump was right yet again.

A friend sent JD Vance a prayer before he went on stage. Here is an excerpt:

"Pour forth a ray of Your brightness into the darkened places of my mind. Refine my speech and pour forth upon my lips the goodness of Your blessing. Grant to me keenness of mind, capacity to remember, skill in learning, subtlety to interpret, and eloquence in speech. May You guide the beginning of my work, direct its progress, and bring it to completion, You who are true God and true Man, who live and reign, world without end. Amen."
