USAID = CIA

Elon Musk’s team is sorting through (auditing) the US Treasury ledgers to find waste and fraud. Estimates are that 20-25% of our spending is on waste, fraud and grift - amounting to roughly $2 TRILLION in US tax dollars per year. In other words, if we got rid of the money laundering and the grift we could pretty much balance our budget and pay off our debt.

I’ve audited the books of several corporations and I ALWAYS FOUND at least 10% in waste to cut - and another 10% that I would deem fraudulent “kick-backs or overpayments.” I found that the only people who did NOT want me to audit the books were corrupt department heads or the “keepers of the books” who were using the company’s money as their own piggy bank.

The same is true for Government - the only people who are against this auditing exercise are corrupt bureaucrats, politicians, donors and contractors who are getting kickbacks and benefiting from the fraud. If you see people protesting the audit, they are the fraudsters.

Look at Federal spending in the last 4 years under Obama-Biden. It skyrocketed - they were spending and laundering our money as fast as they could. We can cut the waste. It's very doable.

So far, the THREE biggest offenders are USAID, Medicare-Medicaid AND Social Security.

CLARICE FELDMAN: “USAID is the hidden financier of the CIA. One of the biggest sources of funding for NGOs -- especially foreign NGOs -- is the State Department’s USAID, which many have long suspected was a CIA front for destabilization operations. USAID is the deep state’s ATM.”

In other words, the US State Department is used as a piggy bank for USAID-CIA.

Let's start with the fact that USAID is the CIA.

Basically, GROK confirms that USAID has been operated by the CIA since 1961.

MIKE BENZ: “The Biden family, the Obamas, the Bush family and the Cheneys were all approved by, working for and funded by the CIA.”

Not to mention the Clintons. So basically the CIA has been totally running the USA since 1988 - for 32 out of the 36 past years! Our Presidents have been SELECTED and FUNDED by the CIA for at least 40 years - with the exception of President Trump.

Actually, I believe it’s been much longer than that. I believe the CIA took out Kennedy with the help of CIA asset LBJ and took down Nixon as well. The CIA has been working against the American people to satisfy the agenda of their NWO puppet masters for a long time.

Then Trump came along and he wasn’t playing the game. That pretty much clears it up.

In other words, Obama was CHOSEN by the CIA to be President long ago.

Liz Cheney & Obama’s mother worked for USAID-CIA - and the Biden family, Clinton family, Bush family & the Obamas all took money from them. Connect the dots.

USAID-CIA uses DEI and ESG and other 3-letter schemes as an excuse to spend OUR money on “consulting” contracts - which is nothing more than laundering money back to themselves and their pals.

MUSK: “104 DEI contracts totaling over $1 BILLION have been cancelled thanks to DOGE. Another 20 consulting contracts, mostly focused on “strategic communication” and “executive coaching” were terminated for immediate savings of $26 MILLION. Another term for these "contracts" is money laundering.

The only way to stop fraud and waste of taxpayer money is to follow the payment flows and pause suspicious transactions for review. Obviously. Naturally, this causes those who have been aiding, abetting and receiving fraudulent payments very upset.

Fraud and waste combined in the Federal government is about 25% or $2 TRILLION per year. Anyone who works in government knows this. We could balance the budget if we got rid of fraud and waste.”

MUSK: “Our investigation shows that the New York Times was paid tens of millions of dollars over the past 4 years by the Biden regime.”

In other words, the Obama-Biden regime paid the NEW YORK TIMES a ton of money to lie about TRUMP and COVID and CLIMATE CHANGE.

They feed false narratives to the New York Times, who publishes a story, and then they use the story that they planted as a source! Circular censorship & propaganda!

We knew this must be true in the past but now we have RECEIPTS. But, it wasn’t just the New York Times…

WIKILEAKS: “USAID-CIA was funding over 6,200 journalists across 707 media outlets around the world and 279 "media" NGOs, including nine out of ten media outlets in Ukraine.”

WIKILEAKS: USAID-CIA also gave hundreds of millions of dollars to an NGO called Internews that basically “trains” fake journalists all over the world to spew liberal talking points.

It is backed by the Clinton Global Initiative. Connect the dots.

ELON MUSK: USAID-CIA pressured advertisers (AND ad agencies) to boycott any media that was not left-wing!

USAID-CIA funded the BBC to spread propaganda. The BBC admits it.

USAID-CIA pays pollsters to conduct fake polls. They even paid $400,000 during the election to the so-called “reputable” Gallup polling organization. That’s why you can’t trust any poll except those conducted by Team Trump.

USAID-CIA also obviously rigs elections and executes coups around the world and at home - but that deserves a newsletter of its own!

Samantha Power - who runs USAID-CIA - is always on Maddow’s show on MSNBC. Connect the dots. Look at their sad faces now that they’ve been caught.

All the employees at USAID-CIA are Democrats and donate to Democrats.

MUSK: "Medicare & Medicaid (Obamacare) is where the big money fraud is happening in healthcare."

DOGE: "An estimated $100 BILLION in estimated improper payments were made in the Medicare and Medicaid programs in Fiscal Year 2023. This is 43% of government-wide improper payments that year."

I guarantee you that they will find connections to United Healthcare in the US Government payment system and transactions that prove that the UHC CEO (who formerly ran ObamaCare for UHC) was a whistleblower who was murdered by the swamp because they didn't want him to testify against Obamacare and tell America all he knew about the Obamacare scam.

USAID-CIA paid to fund bioweapon research in the Wuhan lab - after it was moved from UNC-Chapel Hill under Obama.

Robert Malone works for the CIA and DARPA, remember that. Fauci is the head of bioweapons research for the US, and reports to the CIA, remember that. The CIA can do whatever they want because they have ALL our money to hire the best in the world. Question everything you think you know, including what COVID really was. Was it really a cold virus or was it bird flu? I wrote about that too.

USAID-CIA funds Ukraine with our tax dollars - yet Zelensky said Ukraine only got $75 BILLION out of the $177 some BILLION that Team Biden gave him. Hmm, who in DC pocketed $100 BILLION of OUR money? I have some pretty good ideas!

Remember that Biden threatened to withhold a $1 billion USAID-CIA loan guarantee unless Ukraine fired the prosecutor investigating his son's company. Victoria Nuland funded the Ukrainian coup with USAID-CIA money. USAID-CIA is at the heart of the war between Ukraine and Russia.

USAID-CIA funds cloud seeding and other techniques to manipulate the weather. Yes, they CAN manipulate the weather and cause wildfires, hurricanes, snow storms, ice storms, floods and tornadoes. Even droughts. They’ve been able to do that for decades. I wrote about that too, here.

AMUSE: USAID-CIA gave BLM-Antifa over $27 MILLION in 2020 to fund the riots. They paid to burn down America.

I’m guessing records will also show that USAID-CIA funded all the “extra” mercenaries used on J6 to frame MAGA, too.

USAID-CIA ALSO gives our money away for population control programs - which obviously includes funding abortion.

Bill Gates' Foundation was given $30 MILLION from USAID-CIA since 2012 to push his population reduction agenda. Remember that his father ran Planned Parenthood at one time.

A reporter at the Wall Street Journal works for USAID-CIA and is working right now to try to take down Team Elon and stop them from auditing the records of the US treasury.

Ilhan Omar is out protesting cuts in USAID. Why? Because $2.3 BILLION was sent to her tribe in Somalia from USAID-CIA in the past two years and she doesn’t want to stop the gravy train.

OMAR: “We get to decide. We have the power of the purse. I am here to protect the interests of Somalia from within the US system.”

Yeah, well, that well just ran dry. Go back home!

ENDWOKENESS: 40% of US homicides happen in districts with Soros-funded DAs. USAID-CIA funds Soros and gave $27 million to support the removal of law and order and justice in America.

Why else is the swamp so upset that Elon is auditing USAID-CIA payments? Will they find connections to the assassination attempts against Trump? That’s what I’m guessing. I wrote about that, too, here.

SUNDANCE: The Washington Post is a well known CIA outlet. This is essentially Victoria Nuland's husband, Robert Kagan, writing about the CIA’s approval to kill Donald Trump.

Elon has young tech, engineering and economic geniuses sleeping overnight at the DOGE offices. He has hired some of the best software engineers in the world for DOGE. They are working 24/7 combing through all our ledgers - and focused on finding fraud and cutting waste to maximize government efficiency!

Those of you who know me well remember how I used to sleep at the office - working 18 hours a day. Boy, if I were young again, I'd be there right beside those young people. What a hoot. MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

TRUMP: "When you look at USAID, the whole thing is a fraud and we're going to be doing that throughout government. I think we're going to be very close to balancing budgets for the first time in many years."

Trump ordered their website shut down, put most of the employees on leave and foreign workers to come back home.

BTW - Trump used the word STOLLEN in this post which means ‘GERMAN FRUIT CAKE.’ Why did he do that? IMHO, because Klaus Schwab is a GERMAN FRUIT CAKE and is the head of the WEF. The WEF was a creation of the CIA & Harvard in the 1960s and they made Klaus Schwab the head of it.

Remember that USAID = CIA and the CIA created the WEF.

So Trump is telling us that USAID = CIA = WEF and the GREAT RESET is a creation of the CIA. It’s all connected.

USAID is being removed from signs at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center in DC where numerous federal agencies share office space. Woohoo!

BTW - did USAID-CIA have anything to do with the recent DC crash? Quite possible. I’ll examine that in the next part of my report on the collision: What happened in DC?

MUSK: Just learned that the social security (SSN) database is not de-duplicated, meaning you can have the same SSN many times over, which further enables MASSIVE FRAUD!! Your tax dollars are being stolen. The reason the radical Democrats don’t want an audit of social security fraud is because they’re the ones getting it.

There are currently over $100 BILLION per year of entitlements payments to individuals with no SSN or even a temporary ID number. When I asked if anyone at Treasury had a rough guess for what percentage of that number is unequivocal and obvious fraud, the consensus in the room was about half, so $50 BILLION/year or $1 BILLION/week!!

Next, Trump said Elon will be auditing the Pentagon’s spending as well as the FBI and the total CIA. He’s going to hire 45 new engineers to do that. Can’t wait!
