Memory-holed like 1984
This is the most important 10 minute video about censorship that I have seen lately. I transcribed it so you won’t miss a word.
This video by Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit goes very fast and is covering tons of information - so that’s why I transcribed it and added static shots of the visuals.
Many of the points that Jim makes have been purposefully memory-holed by the media so you forget what really happened. I want to make sure you digest and share this video with others. There is NEW information coming out soon about many of these stories - so heads up:
VIDEO: Hi, my name is Jim Hoft. I’m the founder and editor of the Gateway Pundit, the leading conservative grassroots website in America today.
We decided to release this video considering our name is being splashed around in the news in recent days. Gateway Pundit is known for our original reporting and breaking news. We are trusted for our accuracy.
Here’s a few of our breaking reports in recent years:
In March 2020, the Gateway Pundit was the first to call out WHO chief Dr. Tedros for lying about the COVID mortality rate.
Tedros started a global panic when he claimed that the COVID mortality rate was 3.4%.
We analyzed the data and found out it was closer to a severe flu year (far less than 1%.) We were correct.
In April 2020, the Gateway Pundit was the first to publish photos of COVID testing of mice inside the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Honest researchers and reporters today conclude that the virus was made in the lab paid for by Dr. Tony Fauci and the US Government.
In October 2020, the Gateway Pundit was the first to expose business dealings and filthy, perverted content from Hunter Biden’s laptop - which the media incorrectly labeled, by the way, as Russian propaganda. We were correct and the media had to make that correction years later, after the damage was done.
Following the 2020 election, we were the first to report on the mysterious late night ballot delivery at the TCF Center in Detroit, Michigan.
The mainstream media scoffed when we first reported it even though we had eyewitnesses who observed it. We produced the video evidence showing not one, but TWO late night deliveries with 61 ballots of boxes in the first drop…
and 16 boxes of ballots in the second drop were made at TCF.
Joe Biden took the lead in Michigan following these unexplained late night deliveries.
Gateway Pundit was first to report on the late night ballot counting in Georgia on election night and the double and triple counting of ballots.
State investigators and the FBI curiously approved of this conduct later in their report.
Gateway Pundit provided exclusive footage of Michigan drop boxes in the 2020 election. We showed numerous incidents of ballot stuffing in Detroit.
In January 2021, Gateway Pundit was the first to correctly report that Capitol police officer Brian Sicknick was NOT beaten over the head with a fire extinguisher, as all of the major media had been reporting, but that he died of a stroke the following day.
The Gateway Pundit was first to provide video footage of Capitol police firing exploding projectiles on peaceful protesters on January 6th, without warning.
[In other words, the Feds opened the gates, then directed the crowd toward the Capitol and then fired on them to incite a stampede.]
Gateway Pundit was first to report on the death of Trump supporter Roseanne Boyland, who was pushed down, gassed, smothered and then beaten with a stick by a Capitol Police officer as she lay dying on the steps of the US Capitol.
The Government later lied and told her parents that she died from a drug overdose.
Gateway Pundit was first to report on former Green Beret, Jeremy Brown, who refused to work as a Government operative on January 6th and then recorded his conversations with Government operatives.
Jeremy turned them down, went public with his video and then was later arrested. He still sits in prison to this day.
In 2023, Gateway Pundit was the first to report on the GBI Strategies scandal. This corrupt left-wing group dumped nearly 10,000 bogus ballot registrations into the Michigan voter rolls. State officials hid this from citizens for 3 years. There have never been any arrests for this and no prosecutions. The FBI took over this investigation, curiously, back in 2020.
Gateway Pundit was the first to report on the UOCAVA ballot scandal. Democrats are hoping to use millions of new UOCAVA voters from overseas to win the 2024 election.
These are just a few of the breaking stories we’ve had over the years. Gateway Pundit has built a massive community of readers and a highly trafficked website, due to the trust we have built with our readership from the US and abroad.
Our success did not go unnoticed, however. The Democrat party, DC elites and the nation’s ruling class and several RINOs took notice after the 2016 election, when Donald Trump surprised the world by winning.
In early 2017, Gateway Pundit was listed by Harvard and Columbia journalism review as the fourth most influential conservative news website on social media, Twitter and Facebook. Immediately after this report was published, the attacks on our website began.
In 2017, Gateway Pundit lost all advertising from Amazon media. The ad company with Amazon labeled Gateway Pundit as UNDESIRABLE in an effort to remove all ads from our website. This was a substantial hit for Gateway Pundit financially.
In 2017, Gateway Pundit was also targeted by a group called Hamilton 68. This group of power DC elites and prominent intelligence leaders claimed to track Russia propaganda online. The group listed Gateway Pundit as one of the top Russian propaganda websites - despite NO proof of this whatsoever - in order to smear us and damage our reputation.
In 2017, Google began hiding Gateway Pundit articles on their search engine. Google effectively made Gateway Pundit disappear after years of having our stories prominently displayed.
Also, in 2017, Facebook immediately began to ban and censor Gateway Pundit articles after being ranked 4th in conservative news sites.
Gateway Pundit found that traffic from Facebook dwindled from 24% of our total traffic to 2% of our total traffic in just a matter of months - an 88% decrease in Facebook traffic. We later discovered that we were not alone. Facebook banned traffic to numerous top conservative websites - several conservative websites went out of business at the time.
In September 2018, I (Jim Hoft) testified before Congress about Facebook’s target censorship of conservative outlets. At the same time this is happening, we discovered that liberal news outlets were seeing their traffic increase.
In 2019, Pinterest banned the Gateway Pundit for nudity - something completely moronic and false. LinkedIn also banned our content.
By 2020, Gateway Pundit was so well known for being targeted and censored that Rush Limbaugh was compelled to discuss how media censorship was affecting the Gateway Pundit - on his show. Also, around the same time, local police warned me that Antifa had included me on their hit list along with prominent other conservatives.
During this time, NewsGuard was created. It’s a “fact-checking” organization that targets conservatives and independent media. We found out later that NewsGuard is funded in part by the US Defense Department and was awarded $749,000 in 2021 alone.
(BTW - NewsGuard tried to take down my website “Tierney’s Real News” as well AFTER my correct reporting on DC money laundering in Ukraine, the Wuhan virus and George Floyd.)
In 2021, liberal activists were successful in having Gateway Pundit demonetized and completely banned from the Google Ads program. They all cheered this development.
Somewhere around 2023, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) created the Stanford EIP Censorship Group. Gateway Pundit is the most targeted website by this censorship group created by the US Government.
In 2020, lawmaker Gregg Steube questioned the CEO of Google and asked him why he couldn’t find the Gateway Pundit when he did a basic search on Google. The CEO, of course, couldn’t answer that question.
In 2023, the State of Missouri and the State of Louisiana represented Jim Hoft and the Gateway Pundit in their case against the Biden administration and their censorship apparatus. In March of this year, the Supreme Court heard that case, brought by Missouri, Louisiana, Jim Hoft and four other plaintiffs. The Supreme Court heard Murthy vs Missouri case, the most important free speech case of the past several decades.
[SCOTUS REFUSED TO RULE ON THE MURTHY CASE and held that no plaintiff had standing because standing requires you show proof of “future harm.” This is the same reason that SCOTUS declined to hear ANY election fraud cases - they said Trump had NO standing! This is called kicking the can…]
In March 2024, it was revealed that the Biden regime was funding the British-based Center for Countering Digital Hate - a group that labeled Gateway Pundit and others as prime targets.
The censorship never stops. The Gateway Pundit has faced several debilitating lawsuits which have cost us significant income, time and energy. We resolved another lawsuit recently, this week*, as you may have heard.
The good news is that despite the continuous attacks on Gateway Pundit - we continue to grow, miraculously, year after year. We currently average over 3 million page visits a day - in 2024. By the end of this year, we expect that we will surpass a billion page views. This is significant considering what we’ve gone through. We want to thank our readers and supporters. Thank you for trusting us to bring you the truth. Despite all the vicious attacks to try to destroy us - we continue to grow. It must make the left very, very angry.
We released this video because we have a personal message to America. The last few years have been very difficult for ALL of us. The left is trying to silence us and destroy us for challenging their lies and inaccurate narratives.

What Jim Hoft says is totally true. I’ve reported on most of these stories - and there are a few that I’ve never heard of! I’ve followed the Gateway Pundit for several years and I can only recall one instance where they got the story wrong and, when that happened, they immediately issued a correction.
[*The lawsuit that Jim is referring to that was resolved this week (which prompted his video) is the one where the suitcase cheaters in Georgia sued Hoft for defamation and forced him into bankruptcy because they said he was lying about fraud in Georgia in 2020. WE ALL KNOW GEORGIA WAS STOLEN. Even the investigation proved that ballots were double and triple scanned. WE SAW THE VIDEO OURSELVES WHILE IT HAPPENED when they pulled all those suitcases out from under the tables after they shut down the count.]
The terms of the lawsuit were NOT disclosed but Jim was forced to issue this statement on his website to satisfy the corrupt prosecutors:
You’ll notice that Jim doesn’t claim that these are HIS CONCLUSIONS. He says they are the conclusions of “Georgia officials.” Hmm. Who are the Georgia officials - otherwise known as Democrats? Because the election fraud report from Georgia CLEARLY PROVES DOUBLE AND TRIPLE COUNTING OF BALLOTS AND INTENTIONAL ELECTION FRAUD.
In other words, Jim Hoft was forced to issue a misleading word salad retraction on his website in order to save Gateway Pundit from being permanently erased. That’s why he issued the 10 minute video that he did. To tell us, between the lines, what really happened.
I can totally relate to what Jim Hoft and the Gateway Pundit have gone through when it comes to censorship and harassment. Although my newsletter and news site is much much smaller - those of you who have been with me for the past 8 years know that many of us have been subjected to the same kind of censorship from Facebook, Twitter, Google, NewsGuard and many internet providers - as have thousands of others.
It’s not just that the fake news lies and withholds the truth. It’s that those of us who do TELL THE TRUTH are hidden and maligned. THIS IS A CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION OF FREE SPEECH. The First Amendment protects FREE SPEECH.
The Free Speech Clause went through several iterations before it was adopted as part of the First Amendment. James Madison drafted an initial version for We the People on June 8, 1789:
The people shall not be deprived or abridged of their right to speak, to write, or to publish their sentiments.
Is that what you see in America today? I do not. It’s time to stand up and say this is NOT the American way. What we allow will continue.
All of this censorship and fake news is what George Orwell told us would happen when the New World Order (The Party) was ready to take over our country and the world. They will memory-hole the truth and REWRITE THE NARRATIVES. Orwell predicted this in 1949. We are living it now.
This is why it’s so important that each and every one of us do everything we can to find the truth, hold on to the truth and share it far and wide.
